\u30fbOur spa operates by appointment only.
We recommend booking early once you have decided on your preferred date and time.
\u30fbPlease notify us of any changes or cancellations by 6 PM the day before your appointment.
\u30fbOur spa treatments are for guests aged 16 and above.<\/div>\n

\u3010Health Conditions\u3011<\/b>
\nFor safety reasons, we may not be able to accept reservations if any of the following apply. Please consult your doctor beforehand and make a reservation accordingly.<\/div>\n
    \n
  1. Pregnant women
    \n– We can only provide treatments if you are in the stable period (5-8 months of pregnancy), have your doctor’s approval, and have no health issues on the day of treatment.<\/li>\n
  2. Those under medical treatment or taking medication who have been advised by their doctor to avoid oil treatments
    \n– If you have conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, varicose veins, malignant tumors, or allergies, please consult your doctor before making a decision.<\/li>\n
  3. Those with viral infections or contagious diseases
    \n– Please refrain from using our services if you have symptoms of influenza, coronavirus, norovirus, etc.<\/li>\n
  4. Those with external injuries (e.g., fractures), skin infections (e.g., athlete’s foot, viral warts, etc.), or those who have undergone cosmetic surgery
    \n– Depending on your condition or post-surgery progress, it may be possible to perform treatments avoiding the affected areas. Please inform us in advance.<\/li>\n
  5. Those with a fever (37\u00b0C or higher) on the day of the appointment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
