Goto beef is premium Japanese Black cattle raised in the pleasant sea breeze and refreshing climate of Goto. It has a good balance of lean and fat, with beautiful marbling.
\nDue to the limited number of cattle and many direct buyers, it’s never distributed to markets. Through low-temperature roasting and other methods, you can fully savor the meat’s inherent umami.
