We offer a one-night-only premium dinner, featuring seasonal ingredients carefully selected by Chef Yamamoto himself at the morning market on the day. Each dish is carefully prepared with the chef’s sensibility and skill, using the “bounty of the season” nurtured by Goto’s sea and land. Please fully enjoy the luxury of “that day” only.<\/p>\n

Savor the rare Goto beef

Only about 400 Goto cattle are shipped annually, and are rarely seen on the market. The meat quality, which is nurtured by the rich nature and mineral-containing pasture unique to remote islands, is known as the “Maboroshi no Brandgyu (The Illusive Brand Beef)” among those in the know. Please fully enjoy the luxury that can only be tasted because it is so rare with this special plan.<\/p>\n

The content is the same as the signature dinner, but we will increase the amount of Goto beef steak, Goto beef sukiyaki, and other Goto beef dishes on the day.<\/p>\n
