We have prepared a limited-time seasonal kaiseki featuring the rare, premium fish “sujiaara,” which is seldom seen on the market. One of its charms is its beautiful appearance, clad in a vivid red with small blue spots. Its finely textured white flesh combines refined fat with rich umami, and the more you chew, the deeper the flavor unfolds. We will serve sujiaara\u2014whose true value shines when cooked\u2014in a variety of styles, such as sake-steamed and grilled dishes. Please savor this seasonal delicacy nurtured by the waters around Goto, available only at this time of year.<\/p>\n

Savor the rare Goto beef

Only about 400 Goto cattle are shipped annually, and are rarely seen on the market. The meat quality, which is nurtured by the rich nature and mineral-containing pasture unique to remote islands, is known as the “Maboroshi no Brandgyu (The Illusive Brand Beef)” among those in the know. Please fully enjoy the luxury that can only be tasted because it is so rare with this special plan.<\/p>\n

The content is the same as the signature dinner, but we will increase the amount of Goto beef steak, Goto beef sukiyaki, and other Goto beef dishes on the day.<\/p>\n
