For safety reasons, we may not be able to accept reservations if any of the following apply. Please consult your doctor beforehand and make a reservation accordingly.

– We can only provide treatments if you are in the stable period (5-8 months of pregnancy), have your doctor’s approval, and have no health issues on the day of treatment. - Those under medical treatment or taking medication who have been advised by their doctor to avoid oil treatments
– If you have conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, varicose veins, malignant tumors, or allergies, please consult your doctor before making a decision. - Those with viral infections or contagious diseases
– Please refrain from using our services if you have symptoms of influenza, coronavirus, norovirus, etc. - Those with external injuries (e.g., fractures), skin infections (e.g., athlete’s foot, viral warts, etc.), or those who have undergone cosmetic surgery
– Depending on your condition or post-surgery progress, it may be possible to perform treatments avoiding the affected areas. Please inform us in advance. - Those with a fever (37°C or higher) on the day of the appointment

If you cancel your reservation by 7 PM the day before, no cancellation fee will be charged.
For cancellations after 7 PM, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. Please understand this policy.
