A cuisine inspired by the essence of island culture, designed to preserve and pass down the food of Goto and Nagasaki to future generations. Nagasaki glassware, cultural heritage, brilliantly shining techniques, and traditional foods nurtured by the island’s climate. This is ray dining’s signature dinner, which delivers various luxurious island ingredients – the light of the region – in the most delicious way possible, while paying respect to the producers.

Special Plan to Savor the Legendary Goto Beef
Period: Year-round
“Goto beef,” with only about 400 cattle shipped annually, is rarely available in the market. Nurtured by the rich nature unique to remote islands and mineral-rich pastures, its meat quality is known among connoisseurs as a “legendary brand of beef.” Indulge in this luxury, available only due to its rarity, to your heart’s content with this special plan.
While the content is the same as our signature dinner, we will prepare an increased portion of the day’s Goto beef menu, such as Goto beef steak or Goto beef sukiyaki.
*This was initially a limited-time offer, but due to its popularity, it has become a year-round plan. The menu varies depending on the season.

Period: Year-round
This plan includes pairings with 7 types of drinks carefully selected by our sommelier. It features a pairing that transcends the boundaries between Japanese and Western spirits, including local sake from Kyushu (centered around Nagasaki) and select wines. The Dining menu is the same as our signature dinner.
