Goto Sweet Potato Shochu with Camellia Yeast – Hotel Original

The Goto Islands are home to many naturally growing camellias. We used natural yeast extracted from these flowers in the fermentation process. It has a gentle sweetness derived from rice koji, with a subtle aroma characteristic of sweet potatoes, making it refreshingly drinkable even on the rocks. This is a limited-edition sweet potato shochu, created in collaboration with Goto Islands Distillery, available exclusively at our hotel.

100% Niagara grapes from Fukue Island in the Goto Islands. Rich in minerals, this Niagara wine features a sweet and floral aroma, with a refreshing taste reminiscent of biting into a Muscat grape, and a lively citrus acidity.
